"Wire (extract)" reminds me of similar impulses caused by electro-magnetic disturbances in the the earth's atmosphere and picked up/processed by a VLF antenna. But the sound is also reminiscent of the vibrations caused by striking large cable wires, like those found on bridges.
Ironically, there's not much use in debating or deciphering sound material, as I just have! But I think the narrative value of associational thinking is enormous.
